Kirsten McKenzie and Andrene Low have been invited to speak at the speak at the China Books Overseas Distribution and Copyright Cooperation Seminar, organised by the China International Book Trading Corporation (CIBTC) and Prime Media Corporation.
Andrene Low will be talking about the balanced use of emerging technology in publishing, including the use of AI for translations and audio books.
Kirsten McKenzie will be talking about her author journey and discussing her time travel books.
Held at the Cordis Hotel, the seminar brings together 11 Chinese publishing companies and a number of New Zealand publishing representatives.
The Hon. Paul Goldsmith, MP - Arts, Culture and Heritage Minister, Nancy Lu (MP, MPA, CA), list MP for Botany, Chen Shijie, Consul-General of the People's Republic of China, and Mr. Yang Lu Feng, Vice President of CIBTC will also be in attendance.
